As a General Affair Intern, you will assist in ensuring smooth operations by supporting general affairs and procurement processes related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative within a dynamic work environment.

Job Description:
  • Assist in managing purchasing activities, including sourcing vendors, requesting quotations, and managing purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Assist in inventory management and tracking of office supplies and assets.
  • Support the General Affairs team with administrative tasks.

Job Requirement:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
