As a Project Manager, you will manage end-to-end BTL and activation projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning through post-event reporting while meeting client objectives, timelines, and budgets. You will oversee the full project lifecycle across multiple activation formats—such as live events, pop-ups, roadshows, and sampling campaigns—including client coordination, vendor and venue management, creative and logistics alignment, on-site execution, and post-campaign reporting.

🌟 What You’ll Do
  • Project Planning & Execution: Plan and manage BTL and activation projects end-to-end, including timelines, budgets, resources, vendors, logistics, and on-site execution to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client objectives.
  • Client & Vendor Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and venues, manage expectations, negotiate requirements, and ensure smooth coordination across all stakeholders.
  • Monitoring & Problem Solving: Track project progress, manage risks, resolve issues quickly during live events, and ensure deliverables meet quality, safety, and brand standards.
  • Reporting & Learning: Prepare clear post-event reports and project debriefs, analyze campaign performance, and share insights to improve future activations.

✅ What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end BTL or experiential marketing projects
  • Strong knowledge of BTL and experiential marketing workflows, industry standards, and vendor & venue ecosystems
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
  • Excellent project planning, scheduling, communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to analyze post-event performance, including ROI, engagement metrics, and client feedback
  • Exposure to data reporting, visual presentations, digital or hybrid activations, sustainability practices, creative tools, or content creation is a plus
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to event sites and client meetings as required
  • An existing network of trusted vendors within the event and activation industry is preferred
  • Experience working with clients in Automotive, FMCG, or Technology sectors is an advantage
