As a Partnership B2B team member, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with our corporate partners. Your work will contribute to long-term partnerships that support StickEarn’s strategic growth.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and nurturing communication with corporate partners across regions.
  • Building and sustaining strong relationships with business clients and stakeholders.
  • Planning, executing, and overseeing partnership initiatives and engagement activities.
  • Ensuring partner needs and agreements are fulfilled effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless support and services to partners.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business collaboration opportunities.
  • Developing strategies to improve partner engagement and retention.

Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing and developing B2B partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong project management abilities are a plus.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required for partnership activities.
