Business Development - Programmatic Advertising

As a Business Development – Programmatic Advertising, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new commercial partnerships with media buyers, DSPs, and agencies to scale our programmatic ad supply. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product and Ad Operations to drive adoption and ensure seamless onboarding and campaign delivery.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development or commercial sales roles, preferably in programmatic advertising, digital media, or ad tech.

  • Strong understanding of programmatic trading models (RTB, PMP, programmatic guaranteed).

  • Hands-on experience with sales and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Proficiency in digital media metrics, including CPM, CTR, viewability, and audience targeting.

  • Collaborate with Ad Operations and Product to tailor solutions for clients.
  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Provide market feedback to help shape product and monetization strategies.
