As a Business Development – Programmatic Advertising, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new commercial partnerships with media buyers, DSPs, and agencies to scale our programmatic ad supply. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product and Ad Operations to drive adoption and ensure seamless onboarding and campaign delivery.

- Drive strategic growth of programmatic revenue
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners
- Pitch and negotiate partnership deals including PMP and programmatic guaranteed.
- Collaborate with Ad Operations and Product to tailor solutions for clients.
- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Provide market feedback to help shape product and monetization strategies.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development or commercial sales roles, preferably in programmatic advertising, digital media, or ad tech.
Strong understanding of programmatic trading models (RTB, PMP, programmatic guaranteed).
Hands-on experience with sales and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Proficiency in digital media metrics, including CPM, CTR, viewability, and audience targeting.
