Videographer & Editor

StickEarn is an advertising technology company on a mission to transform Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising through technology, data, and creativity. We empower brands, agencies, and media owners to create impactful advertising experiences across Indonesia.

As a Videographer & Editor, you will play a key role in capturing and producing compelling visual content that showcases our campaigns, client success stories, and brand activities. From concept development to shooting and post-production, you will help translate ideas and real-world activations into engaging visual stories that strengthen StickEarn’s brand presence and communication.

• Produce high-quality photos and videos for customer success, marketing needs, clients, and internal or external company visual assets.
• Develop creative ideas, visual concepts, and storytelling for content production.
• Handle the production process including shooting, directing talents, and executing visual concepts.
• Edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns, internal and external social media content, and client reports.
• Document various events, campaigns, content productions, and campaign operations through photo and video.
• Organize and manage the company’s visual assets so they are easy to access and reuse.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, campaign, and sales teams to ensure content or documentation needs align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Conduct photo and video shoots both indoor and outdoor based on production needs.

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Film, Multimedia, Communication, Design, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Videographer & Editor (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply).
• Strong understanding of photography, videography, lighting, and composition techniques.
• Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and CapCut.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with good time management skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta.
• Motorcycle ownership is required for field documentation and mobility needs (reimbursement provided).
