As a Legal Jr Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting business growth by ensuring strong legal governance, compliance, and risk management across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to provide practical legal solutions, while also leading key legal initiatives and developing internal legal capabilities.
đ What Youâll Do
- Lead and oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements (contracts, NDAs, MoUs) to support partnerships, vendors, and client engagements.
- Provide strategic legal advisory across corporate, commercial, employment, competition, branding, and regulatory matters.
- Manage and strengthen legal and compliance frameworks across group entities and subsidiaries.
- Act as the main PIC for corporate governance matters, including coordination with the holding companyâs corporate secretary for AGM, statutory filings, and compliance (including Singapore entity).
- Support and lead corporate transactions, including financing, restructuring, and M&A initiativesâfrom structuring to documentation.
- Oversee business licensing and regulatory compliance, including NIB registration, OSS RBA, and other operational permits.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulators, government authorities, and external legal counsel.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Product, etc.) to deliver practical and solution-oriented legal guidance.
- Supervise and develop the legal team, ensuring quality output and continuous capability building.
- Establish and improve legal processes, templates, and playbooks to enhance efficiency and scalability.

What Weâre Looking For
- Bachelorâs degree in Law (Masterâs degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong experience in commercial contracts, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage legal workstreams independently and lead complex matters.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to provide practical, solution-oriented advice.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
- Exposure to corporate transactions (financing, M&A, restructuring) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory frameworks, including OSS RBA and business licensing processes.
- Experience handling multi-entity or regional operations (e.g., Indonesia & Singapore) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High integrity and strong ownership in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
