The Revenue Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our revenue processes. This includes collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of revenue operations activities. The role will also involve maintaining accurate revenue data, supporting forecasting processes, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement, also helping to handle our partner which is the Grab team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.).
- Strong understanding of revenue metrics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
