  • Agency Relation – Jakarta
  • Account Executive – Surabaya

Job Description:
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer dedication with solid arguments.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Stay in frequent contact with clients to understand their evolving needs.
  • Present new products to prospective clients.
  • Record customer information accurately in a CRM system.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain records of sales and data.
Job Requirements:
  • Successfully meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Experience with handling government deals.
  • A customer success mindset.
