Under the direction of Customer Success team, Project Operations will be responsible to support client projects. This includes planning, be the first point of contact for client, ensure the implementation will be done in a timely manner, and escalate any issues to the respective team.

Job Description
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications related to StickEarn projects.
  • Coordinate and maintain effective communication across internal divisions to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and manage timelines for all client-related activities and project milestones.
  • Continuously improve the quality of service and deliverables provided to clients.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Open to fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
