As a Field Operations Staff, you will be at the forefront of executing and supporting day-to-day operational activities. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining coordination with our driver partners, managing field logistics, and ensuring the smooth implementation of initiatives that bring our campaigns to life on the ground.

🌟 What You’ll Do
  • Oversee and execute day-to-day operational activities across StickEarn projects.
  • Maintain regular communication with StickEarn’s partners (drivers) to ensure smooth coordination and engagement.
  • Manage the registration process for all new driver partners associated with StickEarn.
  • Assist in various cross-functional initiatives and events tied to StickEarn’s operational efforts.
  • Conduct quality control (QC) checks for operational materials and implementations throughout Indonesia.
✅ What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational or field-related role, or fresh graduates with relevant internship or project involvement are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in field operations or working with drivers/partner networks is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to manage operational data effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in supporting fast-moving field activities.
  • Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
