Under the direction of Operation team, Project Operations will be responsible to support client projects. This includes planning, be the first point of contact for client, ensure the implementation will be done in a timely manner, and escalate any issues to the respective team.

Maintaining the internal communication with all related divisions
Maintaining the timeframe of each activity related to projects
Improving the quality of all aspects related to clients

Job Requirements

At least a Bachelor degree from any major.
At least have 1 year of experience in the related field.
Have basic project management skills.
Good time management and able to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills.
